We can accommodate up to 49 people in our intimate 779 sq. ft. space. The front room is our lobby and storefront and includes an ornate (non-functional) fire place and mantel. The cinema space includes 8 rows of 4 vintage theatre seats + a variety of individual chairs that can be configured to suit your needs.

Other things to know: The front room has three, connected bay windows that are covered with translucent, lace curtains. There is 1 small window (uncovered) over the front door and 1 small window (with removeable blackout shade) over the side door in the cinema space. The cinema space is separated from the front lobby/shop by a heavy, black, velvet curtain that can be opened and closed. The space sits on a shared boardwalk that has an ADA-accessible ramp extended from the front sidewalk. There is also an open back deck that has 4 moveable benches and several, large (not-so-easily-moveable) potted plants.
Rentals
Our venue is available to rent for private events. Rentals are available by the hour or by the day. As a community-focused venue, we offer very reasonable rates.
